A bit about the recent changes I'm making to the optimizer code

- The optimizer knows about sail changes now and applies penalty to sail and tack changes only.

- The 'Avoid taks' option is somehow obsolete now. Not sure what to do about it. It adds small preference to sailing in straight line, but we'll have to see if that's useful at all.

- The changes are not visible in all races yet, but all races starting from now on will use the new algorithm

- The code is not tested extensively yet and may need some fine tuning

- Some numbers may have slightly different meaning, like the heading/twa indicators in the mouse over boxes. You can always use the track tool to check the angle/heading that gets you further.

The only change I can think of that could affect parsing the html output is moving from UTC to CET time zone.
