1 question: Does the zezo count up the 2 minutes (which are added in the game when you tackle or change sails) when calculating the fastest route?????

It does, but may not account for the current heading/sail, so the first step may vary every 10 minutes.

The sail changes also may not be 100% exactly as in the game - at some points two sails have the same performance and it's not clear which one the game will select.
