I have just bought a full pack on my Iphone for the Volvo leg 7. But the app is still saying I need to set up the boat! Obviously reluctant to try again.....Anybody know how to get money back or sort it out? Thanks, GBR85.

Do you have the separate options checkboxes checked? The interface is not very intuitive. And it lets you set the color of your boat too ;-)

VR take money issues seriously, so you'll get a refund if there is actual problem.

Seems that its an apple problem. They say its because I have a new iphone and the card issuer blocked the payment from a new device. They say it will be cleared at some point. Lets see.
