NOAA server has been generating a lot of 500 Connection reset by peer recently.

So yes. The update is not complete even now. First 100 hours or so seem fine.

So it means that VR may have the same issues then, but nobodies will notice it. I saw that even the last update is still stuck.

It's possible. Have to check how their updates are going when NOAA is really broken - it's not all the time every time, but sometimes it's effectively down for hours.
