Due to some luck recently I now have pages of boat names on my Personal Message list. Lots of "unknowns" wanting to say "hi", asking advice, wanting me to join their team etc etc.
How do I delete some of these? Any ideas?

Many people come to ask me ingame how to use the polars chart.

Unfortunately, I never found out how to remove entries from the private messages.

I have 31 pages of messages. I don't think there's a way to purge them. It's frustrating to have no way to manage them. I wish they'd at least set it up so that conversations that go six months or a year or without updates get auto-purged, or something like that.

I can't initiate new messages to other boats. I can only continue existing conversations (from the 31 pages, if I sift through them). If I try to initiate a chat with a boat directly, it just clocks for a long time and eventually crashes. I suspect it's because my history is overloaded, but I'm not sure.

It's mostly because the VR developers are idiots and can't think of real-world use cases. They also don't play the game themselves, don't have alpha/beta testers, don't listen to customer feedback and so on.

I can't originate new messages either, and I only have 5 scrollable pages of chats on the left. Haven't been performing very well lately.

Idiots? Why then they dominated marked for virtual sailing? Why we pay them for FP? Why they have contracts for brand names as Volvo Ocean, Vende etc.? Why we are all still here?
Each VR "upgrade" coses us a big dose frustration but it does not triger impulse for final decision. We should decide, as small comunity, to find a developers, pay them and creat own game.

Otherwise we do not have a choice, and we will sponsor a group of lazy guays which are making money, despite that we so frustrated with so poorly developed game. Finaly we should say - we are idiots as well.

I'm ready to leave ans support new game at any time!

You might find you can initiate a conversation if you type it in while the loading symbol is still there and send it before it crashes. I think that's how I contacted Barquerme / Caledonia to congratulate him as I get a never ending loading symbol.
