The only waypoint I’m getting, is still Porto Santo, any chance of updating it to Lisbon?

Right mouse click onto the chart and choose "go to Lisboa" and not go to Porto Santo .

You should have a "Menu" button on a touchscreen based device. It should contain the equivalent of the right mouse click.
